    REALLY LIKE THESE BUT.........

    I really like this item or the concept of it but my problem was the flags wouldn't stay at the top, they kept sliding down and I didn't like that so I'm sending them back. They are really cute but they should do something to make them stay at the top. I mean you could probably tape them to stay on but I don't want to do that.
