I love this product, made out of durable plastic this unit gives you plenty of space to put away one of the hardest things to store, ribbon. Three drawers pull forward for easy access to the whole roll or when pushed in you can snip off the deired amount of ribbon without having to disrupt other spools. Combine like colors, like sizes or just mix and match, store extra spools behind commonly used spools or even color coordinated embellishments, my locker hold over 30 spools of ribbon in various sizes. When you buy more than one unit you can latch them together at the top and when not in use simply shut the doors and slide the latch closed to "lock" your ribbon for easy transport to a crop. Keeps dust off, Worth the extra money because it saves so much time in the long haul and you can see thru the plastic so you always know what you have on hand.
I like this product. It holds quite a bit of ribbon and it's handy to reach up and just pull out the amount you need, but it is very big and bulky. I sat it on my scrap table for awhile and as long as it sat there it was very handy, but it took up so much space that I finally moved it. Now I have to get up and walk across the room to get my ribbon. I guess I just need to come up with a better place to put it. My drawers don't stay in snuggly. They want to tilt and hang down which inhibits pulling out the ribbon in the drawer below. It's a good idea and I like the way it closes completely, but the drawer runners need to be a little sturdier. It's a good thing if you have room for it.
