Customer gets wrong order
Ordered the envelopes - but somehow orders got mixed up and I got someone else's order - buttons, floss, stickers, and paper pads. Scrapbook customer service was great - immediately refunded me AND let me keep the things I had received. My only regret is that I had ordered the last 7 envelopes and they are now out of stock. Moreover, I hope that scrapbook.com honors their mistake by giving me the same price that I had originally paid for this product.
