Well I broke down and got these last weekend I saw them at my local Ben Franklin. I picked up florishes, Christmas and Family. I have to say the things are fantastic and so easy to use. Each set has abour 3-4 layouts usually each page has a couple opetions too. They sell a piercing tool, the templates and a mat I got all but the tool since a basic large eyed needle worked just as well and saved me the 7 bucks. I also bought reg floss for x-stitching giving me more floss for a lot less I think the store had a package at 8 bucks I got aout 10 colors for 3. I used 3 strands of floss and a large eyed needle and dbled it and it really made my Thanksgiving card pop. I really love these and look forward to them having some more in the future. Each set also has a ring to hold them together but I have them all on one and just flip through them and don't have to even take it off the ring to use. My site has pictures of how my card came out I hope you stop by it and check it out. I do reccomend thee pad since it's better then adding holes to a mat it just didn't work the same.
ANYJOOT DEFINATELY try these out I think you will really enjoy them as muchas I did and for those of us without a sewing machine but want to add a flare of sewing it's so quick and easy and totally fun to use!!!
Happy Stichin!!

I love the look of stitching on layouts, it gives the page such a personal feeling and adds dimension without being bulky. I am very into flourishes right now--stickers, rub-ons, stamps, chipboard--all of it! When I saw these I couldn't wait to try them out and combine 2 of my favorite scrapping things--stitching & flourishes. They are so fun & easy to use, and make it so that anyone can have beautiful handstitched additions on their pages. I used old embroidery floss that I had in my sewing basket and a paper piercer and needle that I already owned, and these were a very affordable way to dress up my pages! These stitching templates are a great way to fill up a blank spot in your layout that just needs a little something. I had a spot on a layout that I didn't know what to do with the other day and I added one of these flourishes layered with a couple of small flowers and loved the result! These templates make it so that your hand stitching can look very dressy and polished. This is a great price for a tool that can be used over and over again on layouts!

The In Stitch'z templates are all very easy to use! This template inparticular has so many options. The holes are very evenly stitched and the price is excellent! I like the fact that they come with a ring to attach the template sheets together. This makes it easy for storage and I can hang them in plain sight. The only issue I had with this particular template is that sometimes it is hard to tell where to stitch as the swirls come together in some places. Overall though, I love this product and I always try to find a way to incorporate into a layout.

This has got to be one of my favorite new purchases!! I've always loved the look of stitching on layouts but haven't wanted to mess one up with attempting to punch a design freehand (and I don't have a sewing machine!). These little templates are perfect! Each set comes with about 4 cards and each card has different designs on them, giving you lots of options! I use x-stitching floss to do my stitching and these designs look wonderful! I'd recommend these to anyone that has wanted to try stitching but hasn't really figured out how to do it! :)

I love how flourishes look on layouts and this adds a little something extra-a little different then stamping flourishes or chipboard. These flourishes come on a sheer sheet which makes for perfect placement on a layout. It also comes with a round, metal clip to help store all the templates together. I used some DMC floss that I have had forever from when I cross stitched and pierced the hole with a thumbtack on corkboard. I love that floss adds some texture to layouts and these templates help achieve a flawless appearance.
