I love this splat mat! I have inked, embossed, heated, painted, and stickled on it and everything wipes off, well, except the embossing...lol!!! It is thin, so I can work on top of it, but nothing can harm my work surface anymore!!! I leave it on my desk at all times, so it is always there no matter what technique I decide to do. The only problem is that when inking on it, the ink rubs onto your fingers and hands as easily as it wipes off and if you forget this, you can transfer the ink to other items without intending to.

I ordered mine from sb.com and was a little worried that it might not stay flat because it rolls up. It has not been a problem at all. It works just like it's supposed to, NOTHING that I have used sticks to it, it doesn't even stain with ink. The only thing is, if you stamp off the edges of something, you either need another paper under it, or have to remember to wipe the extra ink off of the spat mat so it doesn't accidentally transfer onto something it shouldn't be on.
Over all, I'm very pleased with it.

My scrapping sister suggested this mat to me and it is wonderful! I have it on my work area all the time. It is great for stamping as you can use embossing powder or glitter and the mess stays right on the mat. Clean up is super easy, all I use is a baby wipe to clean it off. Also great when using a heat tool because it protects the surface under it from the heat. Now that I have this I can't imagine how I did without it!

I bought a brand new scrap room work table so I immediately ordered this from Scrapbook.com. I'd seen this advertised and looked at the description on Scrapbook.com yet never ordered. When I received my new work table I decided it was time to buy this to protect the new table and make it last. This mat is a good size - not too small, but not so big that it's hard to move it out of the way if needed.

This splat mat is great for my table. No more glue marks or pen marks, and I am creating more because I am no longer afraid of damaging my tabletop. It's very portable and great for crops and classes. I wish I had this with me at a recent crop. Something from the store table got onto my layout, and this would have prevented that. I will always travel with it!
