These are my fave protectors. They are sturdy and I haven't accidentally torn one yet! There is nothing worse than a brand new protector that gets a tear at one of the holes before it's even in the album and I've had that happen with other brands. I use the Modern Albums and put every size of these protectors (all Cathy Zielske style) in the 12x12 album. I like that they are top loading and can be relocated easily in the album.
Normally I purchase all of my page protectors from Close To My Heart as I am a consultant and I like to support my own business but for a class at Big Picture I was assigned a size album that Close To My Heart doesn't carry so I came to my next favorite supplier, scrapbook.com of course. I was not disappointed, these are great protectors!
these are great - they are for a 3 ring binder. i have an old album that is special and with these protectors i can still use the album
