Yes, I am sure it is. I don't have the pad of paper in front of me, but major manufacturers of scrapping paper nowadays always make them acid and lignin free. If you want to know for sure, you'd have to contact the mfg, but I cannot imagine it is not. Tho' I always use that type of paper, I'm not sure it is as essential as we all think it is. Our scrapbooks are not going to survive 200 years no matter what. For most general purposes, these papers are plenty good enough.
