It takes a bit of concentration to figure out how to put the punch block into place, but once I figured that it was a piece of cake. All of the Knock Outs work the same way and so give the same degree of satisfaction.
This was exactly what I wanted. I have other punches but wanted one that looked like it was torn from a loose leaf book. I works well. A little flimsier than I had hoped for the price but I am the only one using it.
