This is such a versatile set for beginner and veteran scrapbookers. The photo maker can be used to write on the fronts and backs of photos. The pet-eye and red-eye pens are useful for traditional photos where the eyes of pets and people aren't true to color. The pH tester helps me see if the materials I'm using on layouts are acid-free (this is how I discovered some weren't). The vanishing ink is useful to draw doodling lines or guidelines for lettering so you know where to draw or write. Don't take time and gas running around trying to find each of these pens individually; just get this set.

I have the red-eye pen & the pH tester pen. The pH tester pen is very handy. I use it to test scraps of giftwrap or scraps from ads in the mail that I am thinking of including in a scrapbook page. If the item tests too acidic, then I spray it with Archival Mist. I wish I had seen this set before I bought some of the items individually. I wasn't even aware of a lot of the items in the set, and, it's more economical to buy the set than to buy the items individually. The pH tester pen especially is hard to find in stores. I looked in at least a half-dozen local scrapbook stores before buying it online.
reasonable price & fast shipping for pens I will use. Oh my gosh! I "rescued" some great shots that had red eyes...How cool to see this work...and it's not even computerized. I bought this for the PH tester, and ended up using the vanishing ink marker for lettering. How cool is that?!
...if your going to scrap. I've used the ph pen the most and the vanishing ink marker the least. It's well worth the money, you would not believe all the items I've check that were labeled acid free and the pen showed they were not.
A very good investment.
i seem to have a talent for taking red-eye pics, so these pens were a total must-have for me. The ph tester pen has come in handy when I come across card stock that i want to use but don't know if it's acid-free.
I haven't been able to use all of them, but I have in the past and love them.
Vanishing ink doesn't vanish all the way. For the rest, I think they're ok.
